Fred made
it into the semifinals. His opponent was the number one seed Raemon Sluiter. The result 4-6, 2-6 makes you think Raemon won
pretty easy, but Fred defended himself well. He made some beautiful points, but sometimes it just didn't work the way he wanted.
In
the second set he had an injury on his leg, because he slipped when he returned a ball. Fred played a good match, but Raemon was
stronger.
